Shark Soup 
           
          
          
          
          
          Ingredients: 
          
          
          Serves
          4
           
          
            - 600
              grs of tope shark ;
 
            - 2
              cloves of garlic ;
 
            - 1
              bay leaf ;
 
            - 1
              dl  of olive oil ;
 
            - 60
              grs of flour ;
 
            - 1
              bunch of coriander ;
 
            - 200
              grs of bread (home-made type)
              ;
 
            - vinegar
              to taste ;
 
            - salt
              to taste ;
 
            - water
 
           
          Preparation: 
          Clean
          the tope, washing it carefully in cold water. Cut it up into small
          slices. 
          Wash and crush the coriander together with the peeled garlic. 
          Place a pot on the flame. Pour in the olive oil and add the crushed
          coriander and garlic, the bay leaf and the vinegar. Fry a while not
          burning the garlic. 
          Add the flour dissolved in water and boil until the flour is cooked,
          forming a thick and tasty liquid. 
          Add the shark and continue to boil until the fish is cooked. Season
          with salt. 
          Meanwhile, cut the bread up into small, thin slices and distribute
          them over the plates. 
          Pour the contents of the pan over the bread on the plates and sprinkle
          with chopped coriander. 
          Hint:
          If you wish, you may serve the bread separately instead of placing
          it on the plates.
