          Preparation:
        Choose
the chick-peas and soak them in cold water for 12 hours before cooking.
After soaking, rub the chick-peas carefully with kitchen salt and wash
them several times to remove the peels.
Place a pan on the flame. Pour the chicken-peas into the pan and cover
them with water. Wash the meat and add it to the chick-peas.
Peel the pumpkin and the potatoes. Wash them and cut them up into
pieces. Add them to the ingredients in the pan and let everything cook.
When the meat is cooked, take it out and let it cool off. Cut it up into
        pieces.
Wash the French beans, remove the stems and tips, brake them into
pieces and add to the boiled ingredients in the pan.
Continue to cook until the French beans are ready. Season with salt.
Wash the mint and add it to provide flavoring.
Take out a little of the cooking liquid and place it in another pan.
Place the rice in this pan and cook it for 15 minutes.
          Hint:
The meat used should be the home-made type. The Chick-peas should be
          new ones.
